For children, TPR(Total Physical Response)is the key. Children need to stay active in the classroom to learn plus have fun at the sametime.
（子供クラスでは、身体を使った反応が鍵です。子供たちは学ぶと同時に楽しむために、クラスの中では活動的であることが必要だと思います。）
For adults, I try to relate the lesson to their daily lives. Also I like teaching idioms/expressions that can help further their fluency.
